Return Policy



At QuarterOFF, we work very closely with the merchants to get the best deals for our valued customers. We make sure that the merchants work on any issue related to the product and/or service very seriously and resolve any dispute with customer.

Return policy is as per the Instructions in the Deal Description. It may be different for different merchant and/or Merchandise. In case no return policy is mentioned in the deal description, 30 days is the default Return Policy. If there is a redemption process associated with your order(mainly for products) and you redeem the item based on the instruction provided by QuarterOFF on instruction/restriction section, order can not be canceled. If there is an issue with the item, merchant has to approve the refund before we can issue you refund.


* If a business closes before the expiration of your Gift Certificate and you have crossed the date defined in the return policy, you will be offered QuarterOFF credit on the full value of your purchase.

* If a business closes before the expiration of your Gift Certificate and you have not crossed the date defined in the return policy, refund in full will be issued to the source of payment.

* If a business refuses to honor QuarterOFF certificate for any reason and you have crossed the date defined in the return policy, you will be offered QuarterOFF credit on the full value of your purchase.

* If a business refuses to honor QuarterOFF certificate for any reason and you have not crossed the date defined in the return policy, refund in full will be issued to the source of payment.

* If the product or service offered by the business is different than the Deal you have purchased, you can deny the product/service and claim a refund. QuarterOFF is not liable for any refund if you accept the product or service with the knowledge of the difference in any of the description, specification, configuration, type of service and type of product(s) used in the service.

* QuarterOFF Website issue - If QuarterOFF makes a mistake because of technical or other reason and your credit card is charged by mistake, we will adjust the amount by issuing credit to the source of payment. If a different amount is charged to your credit card, it will be adjusted against your credit card(or the source of payment).

* If there is a redemption process associated with your order(mainly for products) and you redeem the item based on the instruction provided by QuarterOFF on instruction/restriction section, order can not be canceled. If there is an issue with the item, merchant has to approve the refund before we can issue you refund.

* Unfair treatment by the merchant - In case of unfair treatment by the merchant to our customers, we will try to resolve the issue between merchant and the customer. We will make all efforts to void the certificate and return customer his money. QuarterOFF is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. If the certificate is printable, you can reprint it by logging in to your account or can create a HelpDesk ticket so that QuarterOFF support can help you getting the certificate/voucher.

*In case you are eligible to get refund, you will loose any QuarterOFF credit you have earned for that particular order(deal), if not used. If you have used the QuarterOFF credit, the amount of credit used will be deducted from your refund.

We Actively Pursue and Prosecute Fraud Offenders :



We are grateful that most of our customers are honorable, and saddened that policies such as this are necessary. However, we take each and every case of suspected fraud very seriously. Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse a system on which the Internet community depends. Fraud undermines the entire growth of the Internet and computer companies worldwide, and can seriously harm small businesses.

Chargebacks :



It is illegal to misuse the charge back process to take advantage of merchants. Be aware that we will actively pursue and prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. If you have any issue with your Order, please contact us before you contact your bank and our friendly customer support resources will assist you in the best possible you. We try our level best to resolve any customer issue.

Using your credit card to obtain merchandise or services and then claiming (a) you did not authorize such transaction, (b) you have no idea what the charge is for, (c) that merchandise delivered to you was never received, (d) the credit card number was stolen, (e) or any other false claim, constitutes credit card fraud and will be investigated, reported, and finally prosecuted.

All chargebacks will be persued legally, any discount offered and actioned at the time will become due and will be added to full bill before court proceedings.

Interest of 5% will be charged for each day that the debt is outstanding.

DENYING PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR DELIVERED MERCHANDISE CONSTITUTES CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND RETAIL THEFT.... SUSPECTED PERPETRATORS MAY BE REPORTED TO LOCAL, AUTHORITIES FOR INTERVIEW AND ARREST; AND MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR THE AMOUNT IN DISPUTE, PLUS COURT COSTS AND LEGAL FEES. ONCE THE COURT PROCEEDING STARTS, WE DON'T OPT FOR OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT AS WE HAVE LOST LOTS OF TIME ALREADY BY THEN.

IN ADDITION, (WHERE APPLICABLE) PERPETRATOR WILL ALSO BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE COST OF PAYING COLLECTION AGENCIES AND/OR LAWYERS, AND/OR DESIGNATED AGENTS ASSOCIATED WITH INTERNATIONAL COLLECTION AGENCIES WITH INDEPENDENT REPRESENTATIVES IN THE UNITED STATES, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, ASIA, AFRICA, PLUS COSTS FOR ROUND TRIP AIRFARE, HOTEL, FOOD, AND LABOR COSTS FOR THE DESIGNATED AGENT TO APPEAR IN COURT.

Credit card fraud is a serious offense and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. Our Zero Tolerance policy of fighting back each and every case of credit card fraud will cost offenders far more money than the original amount received.
